A.You can't use them. If you get lost, you can teleport to the spawn point with the convenience command insted of the command of death, but “tp” command isn't available in order not to follow persistently. Refer to the commad page of this wiki about the details of warp commands.

Consider using fps boost mod or upgrade your pc.

A.AFK stands for “Away From Keyboard”.
In this server, if you neglect your player for 10 minuts, other players are informed of that.
If you neglect your player for 30 minuts, the player is kicked for decreasing the load.

A.In the big server like this sever, insignificant things that don't cause a load in single play and small scale server make big load of the server.
Specially, the Maps in an Item Frames are huge load according to the load test so the server config of displaying them is disable temporarily.
It's reported that to display Trap Chest and so on will cause the server load, but it's not restricted now.

A.Hources can be found in Resource Maps.It's hard(or impossible) to find not only horses but the mobs and biomes added in the future in the Home Maps that is generated in old times.
Resource Maps is deleted regularly. If you want to move the mobs to Home Maps, translate the mobs to the items by “Eco Egg” the customized item for the server, and import to Home Maps.

A.The server manager sprinkle rarely player heads in each event and celebration.
You can get sometimes them after you vote this server in the server list “minecraft.jp”. Its skin can be changed by right clicking to the player.
Click it each time or they'll disappear.
You may get them if you active in this server for a long time and join various events.
It's against server rules to ask the server manager to give them persistently.
